1. *PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE + UNDERSTAND BEFORE BOOKING THAT ALL RETAINER FEES paid ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!!
*IN-ADDITION if you need to cancel your appointment, you are to message the artist immediately to schedule a new date (pending artist availability, the 50% Retainer fee is non-refundable)

2. If you message us during our busier seasons, please try email first as (March-thru-November is our "Peak season')
3. LATE FEE is Required AFTER 10 MINUTES. ($10 per every 10 min. increments past your original Appointment time.)
- if more than 14 mins late & no phone call = You will need to reschedule your appointment & you will Not qualify for a refund.
4. FORMS of PAYMENT ACCEPTED are: MAJOR CREDIT CARDS/DEBIT CARD ONLY + cash tips are optional. (we also use Venmo + Apple Pay )
